Precicompo has been ISO 9001:2000 certified for the past three years.
In our continuing quest for quality excellence, we are currently working towards acquiring our QS 9000 certification. In addition, to ensure that our client receive the quality that they demand, Precicompo takes the following steps:
- We follow the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) Requirements for the major clients.
- As part of our PPAP requirements, we have developed a quality system that fully utilizes process flow and control charts to meet customers's compliance criteria.
- Every Precicompo manufactured grease fitting is optically scanned for crimp diameter, ball presence and thread presence. Nipples are subjected to a 50 hour salt-spray test as required by MIL-3541 and SAE J- 543-C.
- Precicompo can also
provide its clients with specific certification, including:
- Certificates of Conformance
- Dimensional Certifications
- Physical Certifications (material composition only)
- Physical and Chemical Certifications
